Start by working out which 1.9 JTDM your 159 has. The 120 hp car is an eight-valve engine with 280 Nm; the 150 hp car is a sixteen-valve engine with 320 Nm. Treat them as two separate engines when you choose a 159 tuning box; each has its own GAN GT figures. On the 1.9 JTDM, UK specialists look first at the EGR valve and the swirl flaps, so have the engine checked before you add a box. Q4 all-wheel drive was fitted to just one diesel, the 2.4 JTDM with 210 hp.
