Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.

Fiat Fiorino remap: what changes
The GAN box plugs in between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals, while a flash remap rewrites the ECU itself. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the box can be removed at any time.

What makes the Fiat Fiorino special
Fiat Fiorino remap: a compact van with a full load
A Fiorino 1.3 Multijet built between 2008 and 2016 has 75 hp and 190 Nm, and a loaded van on a long hill asks plenty of that. The facelift of April 2016 brought the same diesel in two further outputs: 80 hp, or 95 hp and 200 Nm. The 75, 80 and 95 hp diesels are each set up on their own, so check your output before you choose a box.
Take the 95 hp van: with the GAN GT it reaches 124 hp and 260 Nm. Those are the stated figures for this engine type, not a dyno reading from your van.
Finding the engine in your Fiorino
The Typ 225 Fiorino was unveiled in October 2007 and reached customers in February 2008. It was built as a van, an estate and the passenger-carrying Fiat Qubo. In Britain Fiat Professional sold it as a van, in Cargo and Combi versions, and it is no longer sold new here. The petrol 1.4 8V is rated at 73 hp from 2008 to 2016 and 77 hp after the facelift, while the catalogue lists it at 75 hp.
A 1.4 8v petrol was sold in Britain too, including in Tecnico trim, so a Fiorino is not only a diesel question. Whatever the engine, start from the year and the output in your vehicle documents. Diesel is the heart of the range: in Germany it made up about half of Fiorino passenger registrations from 2008 to 2020. The Fiorino stayed in production until 2024.
Qubo, Nemo and Bipper
The Fiorino began as a joint project with PSA, which also sold it as the Citroën Nemo and the Peugeot Bipper. Both twins arrived in 2008 and left the range before the Fiorino did. The Natural Power methane version of the 1.4, sold mainly as the Qubo, has no row in the catalogue. This page covers the Fiat engines, so confirm what is under your bonnet before you pick a box.
Fiat Fiorino remap: common questions
Fiat Fiorino 1.3 Multijet remap: is mine the 75, 80 or 95 hp?
The year settles it: 75 hp up to 2016, then 80 hp or 95 hp. British vans carried the same three outputs of the 1.3 MultiJet, so the same three rows apply. All three suit the GAN GT, the box for turbocharged engines, which is rated at up to 30% more power.
Petrol Fiorino 1.4 8V at 73 or 77 hp: which box fits?
The catalogue lists a single 75 hp version, covering both the 73 hp car of 2008 to 2016 and the 77 hp car after the facelift. It takes the GAN GA+, rated at up to 12% more power.
Is there a Fiorino pick-up to tune?
No pick-up was built: the Fiorino III came as a van, an estate and the Qubo, and the figures above follow the engine in all three bodies.
Do the Fiorino figures apply to the Qubo, Nemo and Bipper?
The Qubo is the passenger version of the Fiorino and shares its engines. The Nemo and Bipper diesels, the 1.3 HDi and 1.4 HDi, have their own pages under Citroën Nemo and Peugeot Bipper.
Fiorino: tuning box or flash remap?
A flash remap rewrites the factory software; a tuning box sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals instead. The box comes off in about a minute, without electronic or mechanical traces. Your manufacturer's warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and you can remove the box at any time.
Should I declare the GAN box to my insurer?
Tell them. A tuning box raises the output, and in Britain that is a declarable modification like any other performance change. Policies differ, so a quick call to your insurer before fitting is the safe route; the figures they will ask for are the stock and GAN outputs listed here.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
