What makes the Holden Commodore special
Holden Commodore remap: an Australian car, a British twin
An honest opening is needed for a Holden Commodore remap with a tuning box: the Commodore was never sold in Europe under that name. Ordinary Holden Commodores on British roads are grey imports. In the UK its right-hand-drive version was the Vauxhall VXR8, sold from 2007 to 2017 with 6.0 and 6.2 V8 engines and, from 2013, a supercharged 6.2 LSA. The first VXR8 had the naturally aspirated 6.0 V8 rated at 411 hp, while the supercharged 6.2 of the final 2013–2017 cars gives 576 hp (587 hp in the 15-car run-out edition of 2017), so a Vauxhall VXR8 remap starts with knowing which engine you have.
The catalogue has no VXR8 rows, and the Holden rows are listed for the Australian cars, so the catalogue does not confirm a match for a VXR8. The Commodore ZB of 2018 to 2020 is the Opel Insignia B, built in Rüsselsheim. The Australian engines in the catalogue include the 3.6 SIDI V6 with 282 hp and the 6.0 L98 V8 with 362 hp, and both take the GAN GA+, rated at up to 12% more power. VE, VT and SV6 are among the Australian names.

The GAN GA+ takes the 6.0 L98 from 362 hp and 530 Nm to 391 hp and 572 Nm. Those are the stated gains for this engine type, not a dyno reading from your own car.
Is the SV6 3.6 SIDI with 282 hp the same as the 255 hp SV6?
No. The 282 hp SIDI was built in 2009 and 2010, while the 255 hp SV6 has the older Alloytec engine, so each has its own row for the GAN GA+.
Will my insurer need to know about the tuning box?
Yes, declare it. British insurers treat extra power as a modification, so the safe course is to tell them before you fit the box. How they treat it varies from one insurer to another, so ask before you fit the box; the standard and tuned figures you will be asked for are in the table on this page.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
