Each engine has its own tuning box: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per box and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.

Mitsubishi Lancer IX remap: what changes
More power and torque without rewriting the ECU or swapping any parts. The GAN box only adjusts the engine sensor signals. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the box can be removed at any time.

What makes the Mitsubishi Lancer IX special
Mitsubishi Lancer remap for a 2010 car: the CS0 is here, the CY0 is not
A 2010 Lancer is not on this page: in Europe that year's car is already the CY0, which the catalogue lists as the Lancer (X). For a Lancer remap the body code decides: the CS0 is on this page, the CY0 on the Lancer (X) page. In the UK the ninth-generation Lancer was sold as a saloon and an estate, and Mitsubishi UK sold the Evolution IX as the FQ-300, FQ-320 and FQ-340. The CS0 reached Europe in autumn 2003; the saloon ran until autumn 2007 and the estate until summer 2008. Sources count this generation differently: seventh in German ones, eighth in English ones, ninth in the GAN catalogue.
The CS0 is petrol only, with a 1.3 at 81 hp, a 1.6 at 98 hp and a 2.0 at 135 hp. With the GAN GA+, rated at up to 12% more power, the 1.6 moves from 98 hp to 110 hp and the 2.0 from 135 hp to 151 hp. The Evolution IX (2005–2007) shares the platform and appears on this page as the Evolution 2.0T (2005-07). Its 4G63 is a turbocharged MIVEC engine, and this page gives no gain figure for it. The clutch, gearbox and differential servicing of that four-wheel-drive manual matter as much as the engine.
Mitsubishi Lancer IX remap: common questions
Lancer 1.6 remap: what does a GAN GA+ add to the 98 hp engine?
The 1.6 with 98 hp and 150 Nm reaches 110 hp and 168 Nm, and the 2.0 with 135 hp and 176 Nm reaches 151 hp and 197 Nm. Treat both as catalogue figures for the engine type; neither is a dyno measurement of your own car.
Which page covers the engines of the 2007–2016 Lancer?
The next generation's page, the Lancer (X), which reached Europe in November 2007.
Should I declare the GAN box to my insurer?
Tell them. A tuning box raises the output, and in Britain that is a declarable modification like any other performance change. Policies differ, so a quick call to your insurer before fitting is the safe route; the figures they will ask for are the stock and GAN outputs listed here.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
