Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.
Same badge, different factory power outputs in this generation:
Nissan Titan remap: what changes
More power and torque without rewriting the ECU or swapping any parts. The GAN box only adjusts the engine sensor signals. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the box can be removed at any time.

What makes the Nissan Titan special
Nissan Titan remap for the 5.6 V8
The Titan is a full-size pickup built for the USA and Canada, and Nissan never sold it in Europe. In Britain it is not a Nissan GB model, so every Titan on the road here is a US-market import. That is why a Titan tuning box is chosen from the American range. The body styles to look for are the King Cab and the Crew Cab.
In the first generation, the A60 (2004–2015), the 5.6 V8 makes 305 hp, and from 2008 it makes 317 hp. The second generation, from 2016, is listed at 394 hp in the catalogue, close to the factory figure of 390 hp. The GAN GA+ is the match for all of them and takes them to 329, 342 and 426 hp.
Nissan Titan remap: common questions
Titan remap or tuning box: what is the difference?
A remap writes a new program into the engine control module, whereas the GAN box works only on the signals that reach it. The factory software, checksums and flash counter stay as they are, and the gearbox is not reprogrammed.
Which Titan have you got, and what does the GAN GA+ add?
Start from the output: 305 or 317 hp for the A60, or the second-generation 5.6 V8 from 2016. The 305 hp pickup goes to 329 hp with the GAN GA+ in the catalogue. The GAN GA+ line is rated at up to 12% more power, and these are stated gains for the engine type rather than a dyno reading of your own pickup.
Does the catalogue include the Titan XD diesel?
The Titan XD with the 5.0 Cummins V8 turbodiesel, rated at 310 hp (SAE), has no row in the catalogue yet.
Should I declare the GAN box to my insurer?
Yes, declare it. British insurers treat extra power as a modification, so the safe course is to tell them before you fit the box. How they treat it varies from one insurer to another, so ask before you fit the box; the standard and tuned figures you will be asked for are in the table on this page.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
