Each engine has its own tuning box: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per box and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.

Skoda Yeti remap: what changes
The GAN box plugs in between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals, while a flash remap rewrites the ECU itself. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the box can be removed at any time.

1.8 TSI 160 hp → 206 hp. The other engines gain at least +13 hp; check the table for each one.
- +89 Nmfor diesels
Diesels gain mostly torque: +61 to +89 Nm, which helps with overtaking and towing.
- up to +12%with the GAN GA+ on naturally aspirated engines
For 1 naturally aspirated engine: GAN GA / GAN GA+ tuning boxes; check the table for each engine’s figure.

What makes the Skoda Yeti special
Skoda Yeti remap: where to start
All diesel Yetis, including the 2.0 TDI, carry a particulate filter, and it depends on regular longer drives at speed. On the 2.0 TDI it is mainly short town journeys that lead to DPF and EGR trouble, and the dual-mass flywheel can wear at higher mileage. Among the petrols, belt-driven EA211 engines took over from the EA111 1.2 TSI 105 and 1.4 TSI 122 in June 2015.
The Yeti was sold new in Britain from 2009 to 2017; buyers call it the Mk1, and the facelifted car is also badged Yeti Outdoor. A tuning box is matched to the engine, and every TSI and TDI in the catalogue, from the 1.2 TSI to the 2.0 TDI at 170 hp, takes the GAN GT. The late 2.0 TDI is rated at 150 hp, and that row sits in the same Yeti table.
Skoda Yeti remap: common questions
Yeti 2.0 TDI 140 hp: how much does the GAN GT add?
On the 140 hp diesel the GAN GT takes output from 140 hp and 320 Nm up to 178 hp and 404 Nm. Treat these as stated gains for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your Yeti. The GAN GT is rated by GAN at up to 30% more power.
Yeti remap and the EA111 timing chain: what should be checked first?
The early EA111 1.2 TSI, built up to about June 2011, is known for timing-chain stretch, and a rattle at cold start may mean a worn chain or tensioner. A box cannot make up for a worn part, so have the chain inspected before you fit it. Check the oil level and the service history as well, since some Yeti engines use oil. Once the box is on, the engine keeps all its factory protections and the ECU software stays exactly as it left the factory.
Does a GAN tuning box affect my car insurance?
Yes, declare it. British insurers treat extra power as a modification, so the safe course is to tell them before you fit the box. How they treat it varies from one insurer to another, so ask before you fit the box; the standard and tuned figures you will be asked for are in the table on this page.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
