Each engine has its own tuning box: GAN GT / GTL or GAN GA / GA+. Prices are per box and include the current discount.
Not sure which engine you have?
The badge alone is not enough: in this generation, the same engine designation came in different power outputs, each with its own calibration. Check the power output in your registration document and find the matching row.

Iveco Daily remap: what changes
The GAN box plugs in between the sensors and the engine control unit (ECU) and adjusts their signals, while a flash remap rewrites the ECU itself. Your manufacturer’s warranty is preserved: the ECU software is never changed, and the box can be removed at any time.

What makes the Iveco Daily special
Iveco Daily remap for a loaded van on a long hill
This page is for the driver whose fully laden Daily runs out of pull on a long motorway hill. The Daily is a rear-wheel-drive van on a ladder frame, and it comes as a panel van, chassis cab, tipper or minibus. Iveco UK has sold it for many years and it is still in the current range. Badges such as 35S13, 35C14 and 70C18 pair the weight class with the engine output, which helps you identify your engine. British adverts also add the body style, such as panel van or chassis cab, and Hi-Matic for the automatic.
The later generations rely on two engine families, the 2.3-litre F1A and the bigger 3.0-litre F1C. Both came in several calibrations, so the engine size alone does not tell you which version a tuning box must match. On the 2003–2006 vans the final digits of the type, 10, 12, 14 or 17, tell the calibrations of one engine apart. The catalogue covers generations III to VI, but the Daily 7 versions with 156, 163 and 180 hp are not in it. UK sources list the 2.3 at 116, 136 and 156 hp and the 3.0 at 160, 180 and 210 hp; of these, 156, 160, 180 and 210 hp have no row in the catalogue yet.
Which GAN GT row fits the Daily?
Every engine listed is a diesel and takes the GAN GT, so a Daily 3.0 remap comes down to its calibration. The 3.0 HPT with 177 hp and 400 Nm is the strongest calibration of the Daily IV, built from 2006 to 2011. The 3.0 with 204 hp and 470 Nm came with the Daily V in 2011, a step up from the 177 hp of the Daily IV. The older 2.8 JTD, at 125 hp and 145 hp, belongs to the Daily III of 1999 to 2006.
Iveco Daily remap: common questions
How much does an Iveco Daily 3.0 remap add on the 170, 177 or 204 hp F1C?
On the GAN GT the 3.0 with 204 hp and 470 Nm reaches 261 hp and 586 Nm. The 170 hp and 177 hp versions have their own rows, also on the GAN GT. The GAN GT is rated at up to 30% more power on turbo diesels. Those are the stated gains for the engine type, not a dyno reading of your van.
How do I read the type code on a Daily 2.3 F1A or 3.0 F1C?
On the Daily III the 2.3 F1A of 2003 comes as type 10 at 95 hp or type 12 at 116 hp, and the 3.0 F1C of 2004 as type 14 at 136 hp or type 17 at 166 hp.
Is my Daily III 2.8 JTD the 125 hp or the 145 hp?
Both take the GAN GT. The 125 hp version is the Common Rail, type 13; the 145 hp version has a variable-geometry turbo and is type 15.
Tuning box or ECU remap on the Daily 3.0: what is the difference?
A flash remap rewrites the factory software; the GAN box instead sits between the engine sensors and the ECU and adjusts their signals. The box comes off in about a minute and leaves no electronic or mechanical traces.
Should I declare the GAN box to my insurer?
Yes. In the UK a power increase counts as a modification, and insurers expect to be told about it before you drive with the box fitted. Each insurer handles it differently, so check with yours first and quote the before-and-after output from the table above.
Is a tuning module the same as a Stage 1 remap?
Not quite. Stage 1 usually means an ECU remap without replacing any parts. The tuning module also works without replacing parts, but it does not change the ECU software: it adjusts the sensor signals, comes off in about a minute, and the OFF button in the app restores the factory settings.
